This year’s Buds N Bloom Plant & Garden Show is celebrating a decade of healthy growth with the theme - Enhance you outdoor space, Enrich the living planet. Inspired by the green friendly topic, several new features are being introduced to the event including a Kids Craft Corner, Garden Gallery and Indoor Picnic Area.

A first for the event, the Kids Craft Corner is designed to teach children about sustainable living through fun eco-friendly crafts such as the hugely popular Balloon Terrarium. The Indoor Picnic Area sponsored by Hanson’s Landscaping and Nursery brings the sites and smells of the outdoors inside with blossoming shrubs, trees and evergreens. Sponsored by Agassiz Ready Mix and Minter Country Garden, the Garden Gallery is an informative walk-thru show garden demonstrating simple green living concepts that can be easily applied in any outdoor space.

The event also features a unique variety of plant and craft vendors, a concession, silent auction and highly anticipated raffle prizes including a Landscaping Package sponsored by Valley Outdoors Design & Maintenance, Agassiz Ready Mix & Minter Country Gardens, a Getaway Package sponsored by Blackberry Lane B&B, the River’s Edge Restaurant & the Agassiz Harrison Mills Circle Farm Tour and a Garden Basket sponsored by the Kent Harrison Foundation! All around this community fundraiser is bound to be a fun-filled, earth-friendly, bargain-hunt for the whole family!
